The Wormhole Potion is a potion added by Bountiful Baubles that, when drank, teleports the player to another chosen player. It can not be created in Splash or Lingering form. It has no use in single-player.

You can brew a Wormhole Potion by brewing an Eye of Ender into a Recall Potion.
